1. Services

Pixel Pulse LLC provides web development, website maintenance, and digital marketing services. Our services include but are not limited to:

2. Proposals and Agreements

All proposals provided through our system are valid for the period specified in the proposal. Acceptance of a proposal constitutes agreement to the scope of work and pricing outlined therein. Additional terms may be specified in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each proposal or project agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

A deposit may be required before work begins
Final payment is due upon project completion
Late payments may incur additional fees
We accept various payment methods as specified in proposals

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Pixel Pulse LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
Maintaining backups of their own data and content
Ensuring provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights

6. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Pulse LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Warranties

We provide services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any defects in our work within the warranty period specified in the project agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
