Pixel Pulse LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 19, 2026. This is what we actually collect. Questions or deletion requests: hello@pixelpulsellc.net.
Who we are
Pixel Pulse LLC. Our marketing site lives on pixelpulsegroup.com. Customer starter sites and the customer account live on pixelpulsenova.com and *.pixelpulsenova.com. Mail for this company is hello@pixelpulsellc.net.
What we collect
Contact form. Name, email, phone, current website, service, budget, message. We send that to our inbox through Amazon SES. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the form so we can tell a person from a bot.
Free site report. The URL you paste, a score summary, and your browser user-agent go to Firestore so we can operate the tool. If you unlock the rest of the report, we also store the email (and name if you give it), that URL, and whether you opted into mail. We do not fetch your private admin, hosting panel, or Ads Manager from this scan. It only sees the public page.
Nova account. Email and password (Firebase Auth) when you publish a starter. We store the site slug, template, business name you typed, and plan. If you pay for Site, Stripe handles the card. We see Stripe customer and subscription status, not your full card number. A session cookie (nova_sess) on .pixelpulsenova.com keeps you logged in on the account app and your tenant.
Our admin panel and proposals. Staff sign in with email/password or Google on the admin panel. Proposal links use an unguessable token. Opening a proposal can increment a view counter on that token. That is not the public marketing site tracking you around the web.
Logs. Cloudflare and Firebase may log IP, timestamps, and request paths to keep the sites up and to stop abuse. We do not run a third-party ad pixel on these pages.
What we use it for
- Reply to a brief, incident, or report you started
- Run and improve the free scan
- Host your Nova site and account
- Bill a Nova Site plan through Stripe when you choose it
- Send a proposal you asked for
- Stop spam and break-ins
We do not sell your list. We do not put project inquiries on an automated marketing sequence unless you opted in on the report form.
Who processes it
- Firebase (Google): auth and database (admin, proposals, site checks, report leads, Nova tenants)
- Cloudflare: hosting, DNS, Turnstile, and the worker that serves Nova tenants
- Amazon Web Services: SES for the contact form mail
- Stripe: Nova Site checkout and billing, when you pay
Each of those companies has its own privacy policy for data they process for us.
Cookies and similar
Turnstile sets what it needs to run the challenge. Nova sets nova_sess for the account. Firebase Auth stores a session when you sign in. The marketing site may remember light/dark preference in the browser. You can block cookies in the browser; the scan, forms, and Nova login will not work without the ones they need.
How long we keep it
Contact mail stays in the inbox as long as we need it to do the job and keep records. Scan summaries and report leads stay until we delete them or you ask us to. Nova account data stays while the site exists; if you ask us to take the tenant down, we delete the hosted copy. Stripe keeps billing records under its rules. We keep what the law requires for taxes.
Your requests
Email hello@pixelpulsellc.net to see what we have, fix it, or delete it. Say which surface: contact form, site report, Nova account, or a proposal. We will say if we have to keep a piece for law or an active invoice.
Children
These products are for businesses. We do not aim them at children under 13.
Changes
We will change this page when the products change. The date at the top is the current version.
