The password you type at Go live is your account password. There is no separate signup and no confirmation email to click.
Signing in
Go to app.pixelpulsenova.com and use the email and password from Go live. You stay signed in on that browser for 30 days. The account lists every site published with that email, with Open site, Edit, and Upgrade or Billing next to each one, and a "Report a problem" form underneath.
name.pixelpulsenova.com/login goes to the same place.
Wrong password
If the password does not match, the page says an account already exists for that email and asks for the same password, or a sign-in link. Attempts are limited to 10 per network every 10 minutes and 20 per email per hour; past that, the page asks you to wait ten minutes or use the sign-in link.
"Forgot password?"
On the sign-in page, type your email and press "Forgot password?". Firebase, the service that keeps Nova passwords, emails you a link to set a new one. It comes from Firebase, not noreply@pixelpulsegroup.com, so check spam once. At most 3 per address per hour; past that the page still says the link is on its way, but nothing is sent until the hour passes.
"Email me a sign-in link"
The other button on the same page. The link comes from noreply@pixelpulsegroup.com, works for 15 minutes and signs you in once, no password needed. Also 3 per email per hour. If you never published a site with that email, nothing is sent; try the address you typed at Go live.
Second site, same email
Publishing another site with an email that already has an account asks for the same password. A different one is refused with the "account already exists" message.
