02 / APPROACH

How we work.

  1. 02.1 Flat-rate, not hourly. You get a number before we start. If the scope grows we tell you. We don't bill in fifteen-minute increments.
  2. 02.2 Plain English. If we recommend something we explain why in one sentence. If we can't, it's the wrong recommendation.
  3. 02.3 Modern stack, boring choices. Astro, React, Node, WordPress. We use current tools but don't chase novelty. Your site should still work in five years.
  4. 02.4 You own everything. Source code, credentials, DNS, accounts. If you ever need to leave there's nothing locked behind our login.

A hacked site is a closed store. We'll reopen it.
