Every note that arrives at this office is read by a person before it is answered. The reply lands inside one business day. We will not assign you a ticket number, queue you behind a chatbot, or send you the same boilerplate we sent the last seven readers. If your site is down, say so in the first sentence and we will treat the rest of the message as background.¹

Plain prose is fine. The fields below are a guide, not a gate. Anything you do not want to fill in, leave blank.

We treat correspondence the way a small magazine treats letters: read in full, answered in plain prose, and kept private to the office. The first reply will arrive within one business day, signed by the person who read your note. It is not a sales script, and it does not loop you into a sequence of follow-ups. If we cannot help, the reply will say so, and where possible it will name a place that can.²

We do not share email addresses with marketing tools, do not enrich them against third-party databases, and do not pass them to a CRM that will continue contacting you after the project ends.³ If at any point you would like the thread deleted from our archive, write the word "delete" and the address goes with it.

Urgent matters, by which we mean a site presently offline or a store presently failing to take payment, are best flagged in the first line of the message. The on-call engineer is paged for those. Everything else is read in the order it arrived.

A hacked site is a closed store. We'll reopen it.
