What you get
- Written findings, in the order they matter
- What is wasting money in your ad account
- What is missing or wrong on your listing and profiles
- What to leave alone, and what not to buy
The free report reads your public site. It cannot see your Google listing, your Instagram, your ad account, or the CRM. We review those with read-only access and hand you written findings: what to fix first, what to ignore, what not to buy. We do not run or manage your ads, so nothing in the review is a pitch for a retainer.
Your digital presence is everything a customer sees before they ever reach your site: the Google listing and the map pin, the reviews and what you answered, the profile someone checks to see if you are still open, and the ad account a nephew set up two years ago that still charges the card every month.
Today: your listing shows the hours of the previous owner and no phone number, so the customer calls the place next door and never opens your site.
After: the hours, the phone, and the pin are right, and the call reaches you.
Today: three businesses show up on the same map. Yours has old photos and reviews nobody answered, so the customer picks one of the other two.
After: the photos show the place as it is now, every review has a reply, and yours is the one that looks open and looked after.
Today: the ad account spends every month on a city you do not serve and sends people to a page that cannot take the booking.
After: you know exactly which line to pause and which page to fix before another dollar goes out.
Today: you poke at Google, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, the ad account, and the review inbox a little every week, never sure which of it mattered.
After: one list, in order, that says what to change in each account. You, or whoever helps you, works down it once.
A review of all of it, inside your own accounts, with read-only access.
Your Google listing, your social profiles, your ad account, and the CRM if you use one. Read-only means we can look and cannot change anything. If you would rather share your screen, we can do that instead.
The listing and the map pin, the reviews and what you answered, the profile someone checks to see if you are still open, and what the ad account spends and where it sends people.
What is wasting money, what is missing, what to fix first, what to ignore, and what not to buy. Plain language, one document.
You, whoever helps you, your own agency, or us. The findings are yours either way. We do not run your ads, so nothing in the review is a pitch for a retainer.
Four common cases. No client names and no figures, just what is wrong today and what changes.
The kitchen now closes earlier on Sundays. Google still shows the old hours, so a family drives over, finds the door locked, and leaves a one-star review that says "closed when it said open."
What changes: the hours match on Google, Facebook and the site, holiday hours are set ahead of time, and that review gets an honest reply instead of sitting there for the next family to read.
Patients follow the pin to the office park across the street, arrive late and upset, and the front desk spends every morning giving directions over the phone.
What changes: the pin sits on the right entrance, the suite number is in the listing, and the first photo is the actual door they will walk through.
The work is good and the reviews mostly say so, but nobody has replied to any of them, including two complaints that were sorted out by phone and still look ignored to anyone reading today.
What changes: every review gets a reply, the sorted ones say how it was sorted, and the next person comparing three plumbers sees the one that answers.
A boosted post was set to a wide radius when it was created. It still runs, it still spends, and the clicks come from people two hours away who land on a home page with no product on it.
What changes: the review names the line to pause, the area it should cover, and the page the ad should point to. You or whoever runs your ads makes the change.

Then a second opinion is worth having, for exactly that reason: we do not sell ad management, so we gain nothing from your spend going up. You can hand the written list to your agency and see what they say.
We ask for read-only access, or we look at it with you on a shared screen. You decide, and you can remove access the day we finish.
You receive priorities in writing. You, your agency, or we can carry them out. The review does not obligate you to anything else.
No. We tell you what to change in them. Running campaigns is a different job, and keeping the two apart is the point.

Yes. Esta página en español. Calls, emails, and the written findings can be in either language.
We reply in one business day with whether a review is the right first step, and what it costs.
