The $12 plan is per site, per month. Everything about money, in one place.
How billing works
- Stripe charges the card on the day you upgrade and again every month on that date. Renewal is automatic until you cancel.
- The Billing button next to a paid site in your account opens Stripe's customer portal. Cancel there, change the card, or download receipts and invoices. No email to us needed.
- Billing replaces Upgrade once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute. If the row still says Free after that, reload the page.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Billing portal. The site keeps the paid features until the end of the month you already paid for, then goes back to the free plan: the Nova line returns, a domain we connected stops pointing here, and Signature motion falls back to Calm. Your content and the name.pixelpulsenova.com address stay.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it in full. Email us from the account's email with the site address. Later months are not refunded, but you can cancel any time.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, nothing changes for 7 days: the paid features stay on while Stripe retries the card, and you get one email from us. Fix the card from the Billing button. After 7 days without a payment the site pauses: visitors see a short notice, nothing is deleted, and you get a second email. The moment a payment goes through, the site comes back on its own.
