How we price by stylist
Same menu, one honest difference.
Nobody here is a beginner. The only difference in the number is how long somebody has been doing the thing you're booking.
Everyone works from the same price list. The senior colourist and the senior stylist carry a senior rate — about 15% over the starting price — because their calendars are the ones under pressure and because you're paying for the years, not the hour.
If the rate is the deciding factor, book at the standard rate or ask the desk who has openings this week. Nobody will be offended, and nobody here needs supervising.

ChangingSwitching stylists inside the studio is normal and nobody takes it personally. Just book the name you want.
Working here
We take one assistant a year, and we pay them.
The assistant program runs eighteen months: two days on the floor, one day of education, hourly pay from week one, and a chair at the end of it if you want one. Two of the four people here came in that way.
If you're licensed, or about to be, send a note and three photos of work you're proud of. We answer everyone, including no.
Booking by name?
Pick the person on the booking page. If they're full for six weeks, the desk will tell you who else does that work well — and mean it.
