The online calendar is the real one — what you see is what we have. If the slot you want isn't on it, the request form below reaches the desk and a person answers it, usually the same day.
New here? Book a free fifteen-minute consultation before any big colour change, or add a photo of your current hair in daylight to your booking notes. If you have never had colour with us and have sensitive skin or a history of reaction, we patch test 48 hours ahead — it takes two minutes at the desk.
Services over three hours (full dimension, colour correction, extensions) take a $75 deposit at booking. It comes straight off your total. If you move the appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, the deposit moves with you.
Move or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the service; a no-show is charged in full. We hold the chair 15 minutes past your start time, then we may have to shorten or reschedule — the appointment behind yours is a real person.
Send this and the desk will come back with the nearest real openings — including cancellations that never make it back onto the calendar.
Somebody reads these by hand between clients. You'll get a text within one business day with the nearest real openings, including anything that has just come free.

For a change of more than two levels, any correction, or anything on previously boxed or henna'd hair — yes. It is fifteen minutes, it is free, and it is the difference between a good result and a long day.
We hold the chair for fifteen minutes. After that we may have to shorten the service or move you, because the appointment behind yours belongs to somebody else.
For fringe trims and add-ons, usually — call the desk first. For anything with colour in it, no. Colour needs a mixed formula and a booked window.
Yes, for new colour clients and for anyone with a history of reaction. Forty-eight hours ahead, two minutes at the desk, no appointment needed.
Yes. There is a bench by the window and we are fine with noise. For a three-hour colour appointment you will be happier if you don't.
In every treatment and at the shampoo bowl. Tell us at booking so the room is set up before you arrive.
The calendar shows the next three months. Colour clients tend to rebook at the chair — it's the easiest way to keep the slot you like.
