How it runs
An appointment that starts on time and ends slowly.
Nothing here is booked back-to-back. The room is turned over, aired, and reset between clients, which is why a sixty-minute facial takes seventy-five minutes of our calendar and why we can start when we said we would.
BeforeArrive ten minutes early. There's tea, a bench, and a short form about your skin, medication, and anything you'd rather we avoided.
DuringPhones go in the drawer. You'll be asked once whether you want extractions and once whether the pressure is right — after that, quiet.
AfterTen minutes to sit up, water, and an honest home routine that is usually three products, not nine.
FragranceEvery treatment has a fragrance-free version. Say so at booking and the room is set up before you walk in.
Treatments
Six things, done properly.
We would rather run a short menu we're excellent at than a long one we're passable at. If you need something not on this list, ask — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right room for it.
Signature facial
$130Cleanse, exfoliation, extractions if you want them, mask, and a long massage to finish.
Scalp ritual
$95Steam, exfoliation, and twenty minutes of pressure-point work. Ends with a blowout.
Clarifying back facial
$145For the part of your skin you cannot reach yourself.
Deep tissue massage
From $140With a licensed massage therapist. Sixty or ninety minutes.
Brow shaping & tint
$55Mapped to your face, shaped, and tinted to match your hair, not your eyebrows' ambitions.

The rooms
What is actually in them.
No steam-room theatre and no upsell wall. Both rooms are on the ground floor with a step-free entrance from the hallway, an adjustable table, and a door that actually closes on the noise from the floor.
Room one is set up for skin — magnifying lamp, steam, and the extraction kit. Room two is the massage and scalp room, warmer, darker, with the heated table people come back for in January.
HygieneRooms are reset between clients, not at the end of the day. Linens are single-use per guest.
LicensedTreatments are performed by a licensed esthetician or a licensed massage therapist. Current licences are on the wall by the desk.
Before you book. Tell us at booking if you're pregnant, using retinoids or acids, have had recent injectables or laser, or are on medication that thins the skin. None of it necessarily rules anything out — it changes what we use and how hard we work. If something has to be rescheduled for your safety, we'll say so before you pay, not after.
Spa hours run later on Thursday and Friday.
If everything looks full on the calendar, call the desk — treatment-room cancellations rarely make it back online before somebody claims them.
