01. On-Site Point Cloud Scans

We measure framing and drywall before final MEP closure to verify wall plumbness, ceiling crown deviations, and floor level variances.

02. Submittal Drawing Sets with Scribe Allowances

All drawing packages include cut lists, fastener specs, electrical chase routes, and explicit 1/2" scribe strips on outer pilasters.

03. White-Glove Installation or Crated Delivery

We either install directly with our studio team or provide full assembly guides and labelled hardware packs for your on-site finish carpenters.
