The Celebration Schedule

A full Sunday celebration from late afternoon ceremony beneath the oaks to evening toasts, dancing in the cedar barn, and downtown shuttles.

4:15 PM The Cedar Lawn

Guest Arrival & Welcome Refreshment

Cold iced tea, sparkling water, and peach shrub served on the front lawn. Please arrive seated by 4:25 PM.

4:30 PM The Oak Grove

The Ceremony

Vows exchanged beneath the ancient live oaks, accompanied by acoustic cello and violin.

5:15 PM The Main House Veranda

Cocktails & Porch Hour

Passed Lowcountry hors d'oeuvres, garden cocktails, lawn games, and family photographs.

6:30 PM The Open-Air Pavilion

Family-Style Supper & Toasts

A communal seasonal dinner featuring local Georgia trout, braised short ribs, seasonal vegetarian plates, and toasts.

8:00 PM – 11:00 PM The Cedar Barn

Dancing & Late-Night Bites

Live eight-piece band, peach cobbler bar, warm buttered biscuits, and continuous shuttles back to historic downtown Savannah.

Dress Code

Lowcountry Garden Formal

Suits or blazers for gentlemen; midi or floor-length dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for ladies. Because the ceremony and cocktail hour take place on historic grass lawns, block heels or flat dress shoes are strongly recommended over stilettos.
