No. Lanekeeper runs in any modern browser on standard iPads, $80 Amazon Fire tablets, Android tablets, or wall-mounted PC screens. There is zero proprietary hardware to buy.
Can we use our existing shop phone number for customer texts?
Yes. On the Shop Floor and Multi-Site plans, we can enable text-routing on your existing landline or VOIP number via Twilio/carrier letter of authorization, or provision a new local number for you in minutes.
What happens if we decide to cancel?
You can export all your past work order cycle times, technician logs, and SMS communications to CSV with one click. We do not hold your operational history hostage.
