Arrival, Cancellation & Stay Policies

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Complimentary luggage storage is available all day for early arrivals and late departures.

Reservations booked directly on this site can be cancelled or modified up to 5 days prior to arrival with full refund of deposit.

To maintain a restful environment, house quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM across all guestroom corridors and the garden courtyard.

The house is 100% non-smoking. Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed in our ground-floor Garden Terrace rooms with advance notice.
